Terms and Conditions

It is important to remember that in all cases of cancellation the hotel will make every reasonable effort to mitigate its loss by reselling the available capacity. Where this is possible then only a nominal charge to cover the appropriate additional administrative costs will be charged. If you are booked on a rate inclusive of dinner, the cancellation charge will only relate to the room rate excluding the cost of the evening meal.
Bookings with four or less rooms may be cancelled without charge up to 5pm on the night before arrival. Corporate clients enjoying credit facilities with the hotel may cancel up to noon on the day of arrival without charge.
Bookings for 5 or more rooms must be cancelled no later than 96 hours prior to arrival to avoid charge.
Group bookings of eight or more rooms must be cancelled no later than seven days prior to date of arrival to avoid charges and will normally be subject to prepayment in full 14 days prior to arrival.

Conference and Meeting Rooms:
All bookings for Conference and Meeting Rooms are subject to a minimum of seven days notice. Bookings on a Daily Delegate basis will receive a rebate of 50% of the appropriate rate to reflect the fact that food and beverage should not reasonably be charged.
Room Hire only bookings shall be liable for the full applicable hire fee.
